Jocelyn (Josie) is a Notary Public, Certified Signing Agent, and Certified Bookkeeper in the diverse City of Norman, which has long been her home. As a graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Engineering, long-standing nonprofit leader and former Board of Directors Secretary, Josie has spent ten years honing her crafts in organization, filing work, and accurate record-keeping. With privacy in mind, she enacted new policies to protect members' personal information, and most enjoyed putting together purchase and event proposals, finding solutions to complex problems, and communicating best practices and policies with peers and other members. People who know her best know that she loves all things spreadsheet!

Now, she strives to bring her attention to detail and passion for accuracy to serve the citizens of Cleveland County.
